In the beginning

There was Phil and Mike, a couple of guys who like travel, drink, and spicy food. After one memorial dining experience in their favorite Indian restaurant, our heros decided that writing a blog about travel, drink, food, and "the good life" would be quite enjoyable.

Blogging is probably more fun than talking about all things enjoyable, in that you get to re-live these enjoyable activities. And it must be remembered, that the enjoyable things might be a little better in the re-telling, than they were in the experience.
